This was the first cooking video I created on YouTube. I look at it sometimes and think... OMG! ... what a disaster! I would have edited it better. But little by little I'd like to think they got better.
The recipe was inspired by Frank, who first ate it in a restaurant in Little Italy in NYC. He came home one day and told me about it and we were able to recreate it. It soon became one of our favorites.
